Regulatory information

Equipment, destination
and operator requirements.

National spectrum, aviation, privacy and site rules can apply differently to RF reception, recording and electronic countermeasures.

Detection and recording

Receiving drone emissions, decoding data and retaining incident records may require regulatory or privacy review. Radar transmission and site installation can introduce additional spectrum and aviation requirements.

Electronic countermeasures

RF jamming and GNSS deception are restricted in many jurisdictions. Supply and operation depend on the destination, operator authority and applicable approvals. Equipment availability does not establish the buyer’s authority to operate it.

Airport applications

Airport projects require coordination with the responsible aviation and site authorities. In the United States, the FAA provides specific guidance on UAS detection, mitigation and response at airports.

Hazardous-area equipment

An enclosure marking is not a substitute for certificate review. The equipment certificate, installation requirements and destination acceptance need to match the specific project.
